VEG STIRE FRY



Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 capsicum (any color), sliced
  • ½ cup beans, chopped
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice

How to

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a wide pan on high flame.
  2. Add onion and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli, beans, carrot, capsicum.
  4. Stir on high flame for 5–6 minutes — veggies should stay slightly crunchy.
  5. Add salt + black pepper.
  6. Switch off flame and squeeze 1–2 tsp lemon.
