VEG SOUP


Ingredients

  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • ½ cup beans
  • ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup peas
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • Salt + pepper
  • 3 cups water

How to Make

  1. Add carrot, beans, peas to a pot with water
  2. Boil for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage + spinach + garlic.
  4. Boil again for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt + pepper.
  6. You can mash slightly with a ladle or keep chunky.
